 Fixture construction is the heart of precision production – this applies equally in the areas of 3D laser cutting, laser welding and in joining technology for prototype and series fixtures. Extreme precision and skill are required here.

A well-thought-out pick-up concept is the basis for ensuring process capability through continuous repeatability of laser processing. The starting point of the fixture production process is always the design according to the pick-up concept of the respective article. This is followed by the creation of the individual fixture components. In final assembly and presetting in fixture construction, the integration of manual or hydraulic clamping systems is possible, depending on the requirements. The calibration and determination of the process capability for series fixtures is ensured directly by the quality assurance department.
